Its been a while. Time to close this blog.
The jury is still out.
The battery is still working.
Envoy Esteem has changed its business plan.
Not getting the adjustment help I need. The Esteem is still OK but not any better or worse than a hearing aid. Still have word recognition issues and the noisy places are still noisy. Hope the journey portions of this blog have been helpful to anyone making a decision for Esteem.
Thank you for the final comments. I met you during one of the introductory meetings in Chicago. Likely helpful for those with much more profound/severe loss than me....I will continue with the existing proven and improving technology of digital hearing aids. We are hopeful to the natural sounds some day and accept the known limitations. Best Regards.
